4) What evidence do you have to support your claim that you have sufficient resources to ensure that every single client wishing to obtain a refund will be given one without question?

I seached the internet for pay day loans and found CFD-09064001851 so i rang them and they took my details then told me to ring another phone number after i had already spent 15mins on phone to them which the man on the phone told me was downstairs but they were the people who would process the loan. So i rang and they took all my details again. They said i would recieve a email after 30 mins. I recieved a email from wonga who then disaproved my loan. So i have ran up a bill of around £50 for a loan that i didnt get. Its just a con!

STAY AWAY!!

THEN.. i get a phone call back off them 3days later and i aswer tell them to stop ringing me and they charge me for answering £12!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DONT ANSWER THERE FONE CALLS EITHER!

Its all a scam.

I have located your 2 e-mails and a cheque in full refund is being sent today - unfortunatley you let your friend use your telephone but we never tell any client the call charges will be refunded in 24 hours, as we are not permitted to receive funds from our premium rate service for 30 days.

I called these people when i got stuck 1 month i also got told that they would refund the cost of the calls i have now just called them on 08717500500 and i got told to send them my phone bill with the 2 calls highlighted and they will refund my money within 45 working days......
