Yep! Just seen it! Series 3 episode 6! Same story as everyone here! Identical problems!!!

my neice has just been scammed by this so called company .thank god she only put the £100 .i called them several time only to be put on hold and then the phone went dead.the last phone call i made  i started to complain about the kitchen not being  delivered the person on the other end of the phone put me through to another customer who was also waiting to be put through to sales he hung up before i could ask him anything but i bet it was a member of there so call team.I new then this whole thing was a scam so i look on the internet and found hundred of complaints.i am fuming how this is still going on after years of people getting scammed .DONF7T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS OR WATCHDOG THEY ARE COMPLETE AND UTTER SCUM AND ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THEM

Nope! He left his name on the Sunday Mail "The Judge" page as Lawrence1010.I have e-mailed him as well as another woman nut had no reply.I was a bit wary of this person as his spelling/capitals etc looked a bit dodgy! Another scammer probably!

KITCHENS UBER IS A REALLY BAD OUTFIT AND THE DE£LIVERY DRIVERS ARE THIEVES SO BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!

just before xmas 2010..my sister contacted kitchens uber.same story as everyone else..£100 deposit.the deal seemed too good to be true, so we went to the address on the order form, to see the showroom (we live local) no such company there it was a large building where units could be rented at a weekly rent but was told kitchen uber NEVER traded from there..we persistantly rang the tel no.including the reps mobile.we eventually got a reply and another address.we hastily jumped in the car and went......it was AWFUL...a huge warehouse, damp,smelly & cold.we climbed 6 flights of stairs.it then opened into a large room with several desks manned with a telephone and a person...all representing different companies (like a call centre)..no one there for kitchen uber, we were kept waiting for nearly an hour before a person in scruffy t.shirt and dirty trainers spoke to us..we explained we wanted to cancel, we did this in writing and....longer story cut short..weeks and weeks later my sister got her money back.she was one of the lucky ones. we have since heard this company has been reported to trading standards.
PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH THEM.

hi folks i paid 100 pounds and then found all this on the net so i cancelled still trying to get back my £100 apparantley you have to e-mail fiona.cancellations@hotmail.com she says i should be recieving a cheque i'll believe that when i see it here are some phone no's i got through on customer services/reception 01212700220 and here are 2 of their reps no's 07549702350 and 07926824449

Think Mark 's defo an employee! He states"do your own homework" and"don't think anyone complaining has gone through with an order!" Ehhh? these reviews ARE the homework along with many more, and as for "going through with an order-you're welcome to come see my "kitchen"!!!!!!!!! Hi, I've just paid £100 deposit for kitchen that should be delivered end March. The company was Kitchen Units. Is this a Vance Miller company or Martin Sersen? or are they one and the same?

Hi,If your paperwork consists of 1 piece of paper with either the proprietors name Martin Sersen.Alan Ford/or Lee Darby sorry but you've just joined up! Cancel immediately and demand your 'deposit' back!

I saw an add in the local paper and arranged for a designer to come round. I thought it was strange that they had no company details so when they phoned I wrote down the name - they are now calling themselves THE KITCHEN COMPANY - I googled this and couldn't find any info. Then I googled the phone number that called me to arrange the designer and Uber Kitchens and all these complaints unfolded.
I have just cancelled my appointment with them. I told the girl that I was cancelling because of all the bad reviews - she just said they were trying to sort it all out but it doesn't really sound like it to me!
Thanks everyone but I do feel sorry for all of you that have suffered - these people should be locked up and not allowed to trade and the ways they get around it should be tightened up!!

Well Well!!!! I had a phone call from 'Rachael' at kitchens uber today!!!! "just calling to see if your kitchens ok"! I told her that she knows it's not ok as it's not a kitchen. "Do you want the damaged/odd ends/missing parts replaced?.....................Told her no thanks,that's all of it! "Do you want a surveyor out?"..........No thanks,that's what I asked for in August/Sept."Oh well do you just want to continue with court action then,as we would have replaced anything that hasn't been opened/fitted!".........W.T.F. did she think I was using for 7 months!!!!!!!!!  So ignorant and put me on hold as she had to go find out the address they were now at!!! Obviously move around that much that she forgot where she was!!!!! Strange.1st call I've had from them since they got my cash!!!!

Tell the police.  It would probably not be worth your while financially going to court.  It's almost certainly a case of 'cut your losses'.

I changed my first name to Natasha two decades ago when I went to live in Australia where I worked as a senior research fellow in the Universities in Brisbane and Sydney for 13 years. I loved the semi-tropical weather in Brisbane, but I'm back in London now.
A minute ago I was talking with Mark who lives in Cumbria with his wife, a horse and a dog. I find email (natasha.posner@postgrad.sas.ac.uk) is enough to keep me in touch with people in different parts of the world so I'm not on Facebook, but my daughter Rachel is. I have a six foot grandson and we were just celebrating his 18th birthday. I expect you have grandchildren too?

Im in the same boat as you lot wish I had look at this before had my kitchen delivered half missing some broke fitters never turn up when they did turn up two days later they could not speak English and could not fit a kitchen to save their lives my 5 year old could have done better
