I had my kitchen delivered! Fitter put together 3 units, minus doors & installed then unpacked doors only to discover they are wrong ones & not even the style I had paid for. Called kitchens uber for resolution & spent 30 minutes at a time on hold. Finally got someone who said they couldn't find my paperwork & would call me back!HAHA!! I am not holding my breath & am now seriously upset! I am disabled & saved very hard to afford a kitchen that would allow me to be able to use my kitchen. I have now got the cupboards & worktops as ordered but no doors. Kitchens uber are quick to take your money but once they have it they write you off! I will now have to try & find money I don't have to buy doors to fit the cabinets so I can finish my kitchen. Wish I had checked out the internet forums before I bought!

I have sent a letter by registered to post to use my 7 day right to cancel.....there must be some way of finding out where these guys operate from?  Is arrowmill queensway Rochdale OL11 2QN a false address I wonder....please email on Gillmary1@yahoo.co.uk with any info at all...I have just seen a message from Martin Sersen saying his phone system is what is causing the hang ups - as if

Hi "gillmary", I have been through all of this as you will see if you look back (since July).I sent my rec.delivery letters to a-Mr.Martin Sersen who was named on my paperwork as the proprieter and addressed as 2,Sawley Rd. Manchester but of course my mail was all returned marked as no one there.I eventually got the address when I phoned and demanded a correct address and was given Maple Mill,Cardwell street.Oldham 0l8 2AG which would explain the connection to Vance Miller.Hope this helps.ps. How lucky are you to be cancelling your order! Well done-even if you don't get your £100 back it's the best bloody hundred quid you've lost-instead of £3,000!!!!!!

Iv lost £100 and my god what a relief I found this thread. The salesman Kevin (North East) was a knob who had all the talk. It sounded to good to be true. So I cancelled via email and sent the cancellation form recorded.
You only ever get the switch board and then put on hold. Oh Dale rang me up about fitting. They didn't pass the msg on about the cancellation so as soon as I told him he hung up!

Iv never seen a company like it! Even cheesy car salesmen are better!

Kitchen uber your all a bunch and tw*ts! I hope you all rot in hell for fleecing normal hard working people. Alas nothing will be done and they will continue there assault on the public.

Unfortunately not that lucky as I had paid the driver £1,100 for 6 wall units and plinths...it was only when the fitter did not turn up and I could not get through to anyone that I smelt a LARGE RAT...since then I have not been able to speak to anyone past the switch board girls...they are the lowest of the low as they all know what they are fronting and just laugh, hang up or put you on hold forever...I wrote asking for my money back, stating I would keep their goods safe for 7 days.

Oh! I thought you had just paid £100 "design fee". Please don't let this go! Have a look at the VanMiller must be stopped facebook page! This is never ending.They are nothing but scum!!!!

Hi, did anyone see the Sunday Mail (Scotland) today? The Judge is investigating Kitchens uber as 4 people have contacted him.Now 5 as I have also e-mailed .Please do the same so we can get something done! Cheers.

I have too been scammed by this company called Kitchen Uber, I emailed them on their website kitchenuber.co.uk with an enquiry regarding offers, I got a call at the crack of dawn the next day, an appointment was made for the same afternoon - Guy called Vernon in Bournemouth area. measured up my kitchen, 60% off. I paid £100 deposit. Kitchen was delivered 2 weeks later. Badly designed carcasses, doors the wrong size, different oven and taps I had ordered, missing handles and draws, I have since been trying to get this sorted, but they will not return my calls, emails and when I do get through to them the leave me on hold for over 20 minutes and then terminate the call. THIS IS A SCAM. I have been in touch with trading standards in Manchester, Bournemouth, I have sent countless recorded delivery letters which have been sent back with company gone away! If this company contacts you or if you are looking for a new kitchen DO NOT contact them, they are criminals!!!

I have been asked by a guy who has posted on the Sunday Mail page about kitchens uber if anyone wants him to represent them free to take these scumbags to court as he is a top lawyer!I'm going to e-mail him now to find out if he's who he says he is (don't trust people now after this!).Keep you posted.

my neice has just been scammed by this so called company .thank god she only put the £100 .i called them several time only to be put on hold and then the phone went dead.the last phone call i made  i started to complain about the kitchen not being  delivered the person on the other end of the phone put me through to another customer who was also waiting to be put through to sales he hung up before i could ask him anything but i bet it was a member of there so call team.I new then this whole thing was a scam so i look on the internet and found hundred of complaints.i am fuming how this is still going on after years of people getting scammed .DONF7T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS OR WATCHDOG THEY ARE COMPLETE AND UTTER SCUM AND ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THEM

Nope! He left his name on the Sunday Mail "The Judge" page as Lawrence1010.I have e-mailed him as well as another woman nut had no reply.I was a bit wary of this person as his spelling/capitals etc looked a bit dodgy! Another scammer probably!
