Delivery man was very good, rang before delivey as promised.
We checked everything and all units where good for the price you pay. We had a probem with one of the door but I have contacted customer services and they have advised one wil be with me shortly.
The double oven, hob and extractor fan looks really good. Impressed so far even though we are a door short but that is partly my fault for not checking.

DO NOT EVER PLEASE CONSIDER BUYING FROM THIS PERSON AND SUPPORTING A FRAUD THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE .... THIS PERSON NEEDS STOPPING WOULD LOVE TO MEET HIM ... WOULD GET MORE THAN MY MONEY BACK ! WILL FIND U !

Hi just like to follow up my generally positive post last time to say we have received our missing parts from this company via courier yesterday. In good condition. Kitchen can be completed now and we are very happy. Like i said in my previous post do yourselves  favour and do not sign for the kitchen until you have had a decent check. All sorts of companys get stuff wrong but you cant just go and swap it like you can @ b and q etc with these you have to have a cheap pjone line and a huge amount of patience but we got there in the end and have a brilliant kitchen.

I had my kitchen delivere in July, the larder unit was damaged and returned, I have now taken 3 days off work to recieve the replacement that has still not arrived.  Three different people have lied to me about the dilvery dates, they even lied about the carrier who was supposed to make the delivery as I cheaked these with the said companies.  I have spent hours on the phone trying in vain to sort this, I have now contacted the trading standard agency who are looking into my issues.  I have also taken legal advise of my position and currently in the process of making a claim against Kitchen uber, watch this space for update and I will not be letting this go, I have never dealt with the level of customer services this company offers, POOR POOR POOR.

Anyone who buys anything from this company after reading all the comments here is a f**king idiot who deserves everything they get. Please don't listen to anyone who says this is good quality kitchen, it is the worst and you will be sorry

I finally got the driver's telephone number from a private source - the delivery man's name is DANNY and his cell phone number is 07931930075. if anybody gets hold of him, make sure you hold him and call the police, if the police can not do anything, you need to take the law into your own hands and deal with him. Do not use violence, but you need to get your money back, so do what you have to

I have offered a completely NEUTRAL opinion of this company i am in no way way affiliated to them and have no agenda i do not belive that everything about the company is "above board" and yes i feel terribly sorry for people who have lost money to these people. Hoever i felt implored to comment on my kitchen and general experience with Kitchens Uber.

HOWEVER F**K WIT if you read my posts again i was trying to help make sure people dont get scammed, first of all by checking everything throughly every single piece of delivered equipment. And if you read again i even offered advice as an electrician on what to do with a fault on one of the cooker faults i discovered,
Because my friend thats what these forums are for to HELP other people to make an informed decision on whether to spend there hard earned money or not, and like i mentioned before if you do not have a relative or aquaintance at hand who knows about measurements or kitchens in general to help you comb through the delivery then DO NOT sign or pay for it simple as.

They change their names frequently. They are fraud and scam, they have no real business, not registered to companies house in the UK. If they are real in business, why not accepting credit card payments or other payment methods cheques or PayPal even. If we see outside in our local stores, even newspaper shop accepts credit card, why they are not?  Their website is registered by person: Nigel Corry address:  6832 Trial BLVD Naples 33496 United States. Even you can't find their proper address on website. They are not on yellow pages or any other business directories.
Their call centre is cheat on internet calls diverted to different numbers. Please DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM OR PAY THEM CASH OR BANKERS DRAFT.  Trading Standards and Consumer Direct are already aware about their business and they are in process to investigate their business. we are about to contact Google and local newspaper to take their advertised down. As they have their paid listing on Google ads and local newspapers. Please BEAWRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM OR PAY THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

thanx for this my kitchen is due nxt friday so i have my fingers crossed that everything runs smoothly after reading the other posts as i am getting a excelent kitchen at £2500 which included built in dishwasher and fridge and 2 dressersthe kitchen worked out (which he did from the catalogue in front of me) just under £5000 and i got 50% discount so i am hoping it all goes ok as i was in 2 minds to cancel after reading some of these posts even though most sound like they paid a deposit and couldnt get it back..... my paper work did state it would cost £100 non refundable deposit on completion of the kitchen being designed if i put in my order to be paid to the man who was there at the time and the balance to be paid in full on delivery once i had checked everything was here and if i wasnt happy to not accept the order, i was also told the driver will prolly be in a hurry and not to be rushed and to check off the tick list everything was correct....... i guess i wont be happy untill its here didnt go with the £1000 for the units to be fitted by there fitters as our last kitchen was fitted badly and designed badly and that was from a compant who lives local and has been trading in the same shop for over 10 years and his quote was over £3500 and not half the kitchen i am HOPEFULLY going to get

Good Luck Tracey!!!! You're gonna need it! I'm 2 months down the line & still they won't answer any correspondence from myself or trading standards-so it's off to court! I saved for ages to get a "fitted kitchen"and am left with damaged/missing/pencil marked doors and odd units-couldn't make a kitchen from it if you were a magician!!!! Anyway,it would be nice if you got what you paid for.Have a look at the facebook page"Vance Miller must be stopped".says it all!!

tracey do your self a favor and cancel your order with these people. im half way through a kitchen for a lady who is so upset with the quality of the carcass, the pilot holes not lining up , the cam locks breaking and also noticed no pilot holes for the door hinges. i,ve had to try and strengthen the carcasses with extra screws but not going to hold my breath. i done a design for the lady and this person turned up and completely ignored my design and done his own which i checked and it just didnt work. please be carefull and take my advice and from others who have been scammed. they will bin the phone on you and will also promise to call back, it will not happen. kitchens uber please give up making kitchens as you have not clue. AVOID AVOID AVOID WITH A VERY WIDE BERTH.

Good luck tracey dont let the delivery driver push you about and make sure you make a solid list of what you expect to receive. Looks like im one of a lucky few who got what i paid for so my fingers are crossed for u

I wish I had seen all these posts first I am a pensioner and am sick to my stomach for what these people have done I am now without a kitchen -
*Kitchen picked out on their website - loved it
*came and measured it (all looks great on paper) £100 deposit paid
*kitchen delivered by 1 guy on his own with a girl in the van - items get thrown about a lot so no care is taken.
*Stupid me pays in cash assuming thats just how these things are done
*finally ... my kitchen is not only cheap and nasty, it doesnt match up with the extremely poor measuring plans, cupboards are missing, doors missing, taps missing, doors cant be fitted because cupboards overlap, light switches are blocked, the sizes are all wrong and I am extremely upset with the distress its caused not to mention months of saving for my new kitchen i am now £3000 lighter with a pile of cardboard to show for it.
I URGE YOU PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THE COMPANY TRADING AS UBER KITCHENS UNLESS YOU WANT SUCH A POOR STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE AND JUMPED UP RUDE CUSTOMER CARE.

I have just had kitchen delivered by these guys and gave just put it together myself it wasn't easy to fit but it looks brilliant now I am very happy for the price I paid. The one thing that amazes me on here is that how many people seem to have handed over money for a kitchen without checking it first when I ordered my Kitchen the rep said that I must check it when it was delivered he explained how to do this and with the drivers help we checked it and one of the doors was marked and before he left he ordered a replacement for me which arrived 3 days later!!!
