got call this morning 9.15 am these idiots have called me for 2 years and can get abusive on the phone

There are several names quoted in this thread as being how the caller identified themselves, so obviously a Call Centre.   It is no great concern whether they are phoning from Glasgow or deepest, darkest Lanarkshire.   They are just nuisance callers.     Unfortunately there is no way to stop the calls other than using a call blocker.     If they are abusive the only way to handle them is to report them to the Scottish Police.    Dial 101 in Scotland or 01786 289 070 from elsewhere.

Thankfully I missed a call from them at 12:05 pm Today - No msg left on my answering service- seems like they are still 'canvassing' in Glasgow, pah!

Said they got my number from the "national database". What is the point of TPS ?!

getting calls from this number every night after 7pm. leave it to the answer machine but just get silence.

Called yesterday but have a bt8500 so only found out when I checked out missed calls, cannot recommend this product enough it does what it is supposed to do.
No use for a business phone however if you get lots of new customers phoning.
You have to set up the phone by adding wanted numbers to the memory and deciding which numbers you want to block, witheld, foreign, mobile phone or even a named number. Worth the effort it stops ALL the unwanted calls.
Not a bt employee just a satisfied customer!

Am getting lots of calls from this number around 6pm. Usually leave it to ring and they leave
no message on ansaphone. Picked it up once and I did not speak and no-one spoke back although I could hear
call centre noises in background. Really annoying.

Called today at 09:20. Let it run to answer machine. No message left. Now blocked with my Panasonic phone.

This number is consistently calling me after 7pm in the evening, never leave any message but hang on line till message option time runs out.
Needs to stop!!!

just had a phone call from this number called themselves Heat Source Uk, very polite & not pushy

My company is Heatsource UK Ltd and they are using our name in their marketing calls. i would like to state that it is NOT Heatsource UK Ltd making these calls. We have been in touch with TPS but they are not going to do anything. We have also contacted Offcom but again what are they going to do.

If anyone has any info on this company i would be very grateful so that i can forward it to my solicitors

Got call at 6pm from them didn't answer & when I tried calling back got recorded message saying "there is a fault please try again later". Annoyed!

I have been called many dozen times in total from most of the numbers below. So has Fred Boats it seems.
A real clanger on 8 Sep 2014 by Tony Lindie was to call Fred Boats from 07885911337 then 01412800036 23 Oct 2014 and later publish 07885911337 as a contact for fightstar boxing promotion.

This number has phoned on three occasions since 27th March. It was blocked by my phone on my instructions the first time and so these losers are now paying to listen to the engaged tone

They told me they were a company called Heat Source UK. Wanted to know if my system was more than 12 years old.

I fluffed the reply and asked for more what their phone number was. They cut the call. Unusually they'd not withheld their number.

Called me a few times but the last time I said in a polite voice ..hello police scotland  ..think that did the trick they hang up....
